when we get down into the 15th round or so of this venture, will we be able to make trades? do you think we should be able to?

I don't have any sort of problem with making trades, even if we want to trade in the first round. If both parties are willing to agree to make the trade, its fine with me, as long as we don't see something like "I'll trade you Ovechkin for 5 bucks paypal plus Rico Fata".

Perhaps we should do it like fantasy hockey leagues: the trade will go through with a majority approval of "owners."

we cant have trades voted on, will take way too much time..if a trade is made, a trade is made..think how annoying it will be everytime a trade wants to go through waiting for 20+ people to vote on it

Instead of having a majority vote on trades, it would probably be better/easier to just make it so a trade passes unless say 5 GM's block it. That way, we don't need to wait for 20 votes to come in or anything like that, but there's still a check there for any monkey business.

if any cares enough to cheat on a fake NHL redraft they can do so...it will take way to long to approve stuff and just hamper the process
